Alexa, play Spotify. Starting today, enjoy easy voice control for Spotify Premium with your Sonos One.
To get started, link your Spotify account in both the Alexa and Sonos apps. Then say, “Alexa, discover devices.” Alexa may tell you she can’t discover any new devices. That’s ok.
Next, make sure the music you ask for comes from Spotify by setting it as your default music service.
• Go to Settings in the menu of your Alexa app. • Scroll to Accounts and select Music & Media. • Select Choose default music services. • Under Default music library choose Spotify. • Tap Done.
Now ask Alexa for your favorite playlist, artist, album or song, then pause, resume, skip and adjust the volume.
